Thank you for listening. Rashane, celebrating ourselves and our little wins can be challenging because we often set high standards and focus on what we haven’t achieved yet. We might also fear appearing boastful or worry that our accomplishments aren’t significant enough. Additionally, in a busy world, it’s easy to overlook small successes. However, recognizing these moments can boost our confidence and motivation, reminding us of our progress and the value of our efforts.

I honestly didn’t realize the difference between the two. It makes so much sense, though. I have made a mental list in my head about things I have been doing or wanted to do... and you’re right!!!! So many of them have been driven by motivation, which means I don’t finish them, or I start and stop and start again. My driven tasks/dreams are so few when I think about. I have a question... Why is it so hard for us to celebrate ourselves and little wins, as you’ve mentioned?
